Our History
Born out of the fall of Bethlehem Steel and located in the limestone-rich Lehigh Valley that is a short drive from both Philadelphia and New York, LVTA capitalized on the skills and grit of the region's people, servicing the many local cement plants and steel fabricators. Over our three-plus decades in business, we've used that background to expand the industries we serve and our national reach.

In 2023, we were excited to start the next chapter of LVTA as a 100% employee-owned company through the creation of our Employee Stock Ownership Program (ESOP) Trust. Through this trust, all eligible employees have an ownership stake in our collective success. The ownership mentality further drives our passion for what we do and the benefit we provide our customers.
