We don’t cater your solution to the particular product line of a vendor. Instead, we use our experience to utilize the best type of equipment for the material in question and the project constraints. As your engineering ally, we can help from whole plant layout to an upgrade of an intermediate system, or from a conceptual or cost definition study to full detailed design and construction phase services. We serve as the Engineer-of-Record, as a Subject-Matter-Expert, or as the Owner’s Engineer.

While proper equipment specification and selection is key to a good design, transferring material from one piece of equipment to the next is a critical part of a material handling system often taken for granted. Plugs and wear in transfer chutes cause unscheduled down-time and significant maintenance hours during outages to repair and replace. We take a full life cycle approach to our designs, focusing on proper transfer geometry, wear mitigation measures, and proper maintenance access, allowing for both a successful commissioning and successful long-term operation of the system.

Our 3D scanning and 3D modeling capabilities allow us to seamlessly work our design into your existing facility and give your team and your contractor a visualization of the proposed solution to help identify potential issues that are less identifiable on traditional 2D drawings alone.

We are MSHA Part 46 and 48b certified and have licensed civil and structural engineers registered to practice in all 50 states. Conveniently located near several major hubs, we are a short flight or two from your plant and can react quickly to your needs.
