Not having good dust handling systems causes equipment to fail prematurely, wastes maintenance resources, and opens the door to OSHA or MSHA violations. We specialize in nuisance dust collection, product collection systems, and correcting existing systems that aren’t functioning properly. We design systems to convey dust with screw conveyors, air-gravity conveyors, pneumatic conveying systems, and other appropriate measures. Our experience allows us to pinpoint problem areas in existing systems and prevent them in new designs.
We also design systems to separate and classify different particle sizes, utilizing equipment such as air separators, cyclones, or sifters for metal and non-metal applications. Similarly, we also design systems to handle alternate fuels, like shredded papers or plastics, wood chips, corn, and other similar products.
Our 3D scanning and 3D modeling capabilities allow us to seamlessly work our design into your existing facility and give your team and contractor a visualization of the proposed solution to help identify potential issues that are less identifiable on traditional 2D drawings alone.
