We design liquid or compressed gas piping systems in a variety of industries, including compressed air, natural gas, nitrogen, water, petroleum products, ammonia and other chemical additives, and turbine and kiln exhaust. Our designs utilize a variety of equipment and components such as compressors, dryers, blowers, heat exchangers, filters, receivers, diverters, dampers, mixers, flow correction devices, expansion and isolation joints, as well as associated valving and instrumentation.

One of our most unique specialties is in high-temperature applications. We have extensive experience utilizing best practices for proper layout and accommodation of thermal movements. Expansion joint layout and selection, consideration for where to apply freedoms and constraints, and which type of support to select are all critical part of the layout, especially in dust laden gases.

The two largest industries in which we provide these services to are power and manufacturing. We can also perform pipe stress analyses, to study complex systems and help ensure a functional design.

Our 3D scanning and 3D modeling capabilities allow us to seamlessly work our design into your existing facility and give your team and contractor a visualization of the proposed solution to help identify potential issues that are less identifiable on traditional 2D drawings alone.
